At MidWine, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and elegant shopping experience from start to finish. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is ready, it is shipped using our fulfillment partner CJ Dropshipping, ensuring reliable logistics and tracking every step of the way.

 For customers in Spain and Western Europe, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, while shipping to Latin America may take between 10–20 business days depending on customs and local delivery partners. In rare cases, shipping to more remote regions may take up to 25 business days.

Each order is carefully packaged to ensure your glass arrives safely. We also include our signature MidWine stickers and premium branding for an elevated unboxing experience. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor the status of your delivery through our website or via CJ’s tracking portal.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details. In the case of failed deliveries returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
