Refund & Returns Policy

At MidWine, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our product and want every customer to feel confident and delighted with their purchase. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or refund is necessary. Below is our policy designed to protect both you and the integrity of our service.

We offer refunds and replacements under the following conditions:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Be sure to include clear photos or a video of the issue, along with your order number and a brief description. Our support team will quickly evaluate your claim and process a replacement or full refund, depending on the case.

Because our products are fulfilled via CJ Dropshipping, we do not currently support returns for change-of-mind purchases, wrong orders placed by the customer, or delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance. As our wine glasses are fragile and shipped internationally, returning them can cause more damage and cost — instead, we focus on resolving problems proactively through refunds or resends.

Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. If a replacement is issued, a new tracking number will be sent once the item is shipped.

To ensure eligibility for a refund or replacement:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide valid proof (photo/video evidence)
  • The item must not have been used or altered

If your order hasn't arrived after 30 business days, and tracking information shows no progress, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
